RED PEPPER

Paprika, native to Mexico, is known as chili, pepper, ají. The paprika that we consume is a sweet variety of the Capsicum family, it is most often used as a vegetable and is consumed sautéed, roasted, preserved, sautéed, stews and other preparations. It is also used as a dehydrated spice.
